The Hennepin County HUB is home to a single-use tenant in North Minneapolis. Ackerberg was engaged to create a specific-use building in the heart of North Minneapolis. While the property began its life as an industrial warehouse facility, the building quickly transformed, with the help of Ackerberg’s Development Team, into a beautiful one-stop shop for Hennepin County’s service center.
